I see these no fap threads all on the board (i don't even know what no fap means) and wonder is that just a coli thing or does it really help you in life.
I know fighters say they don't have sex before fights cause it weakens them for some reason. actually one fighter just recently blame a loss he had cause he had sex before the fight.
Im just wondering have any of y'all actually reached a goal you set out just because you didn't get any. that goes for men and women.

I play in tennis tournaments and I won't have sex the entire weekend. I'll wake up in the morning feeling like im fresh off leg day

When men have sex/ejaculate it lowers his testosterone levels for a period until it builds back up. Women's testosterone levels increase post-sex so its actually beneficial for female athletes to get it in before competing
