I wouldn't go that far. It could just be a bad day for the young dude and he doesn't know how to handle his emotions. He definitely deserved to get yoked up though. I hope the guy doesn't lose his job over that.

Most male children raised by men know that men are stronger than them just from play wrestling/fighting and playing sports with their dads, uncles, older cousins, etc.
Only exceptions would be something like a 180+ lb middle schooler fighting with a man his size or smaller.
