The last time I got into a car accident a little over a year ago. I wear it everytime now.


Was going thru an intersection about 50mph greenlight, Volvo oncoming direction took a left in front of me and I tired to avoid it by turning a sharp right but it was too late; hit my driver side back passenger door.

My car spun around in a circle and went into the concrete barrier separating the sidewalk and street. No seat belt on so I lost control of my body got tossed around in the interior and ended up in the passenger seat, one leg on the dash, and head rested against the side airbag once the car came to a full stop. Both front windows were down and the side curtain airbag prevented me from getting ejected out of the car.

There happend to be an ambulance with 2 EMTs behind the Volvo also waiting to take a left that saw the whole thing happend, surprised when I walked lout of the car. I was dazed and lightheaded from the airbag fumes.... Also didn't know an ambulance saw the crash, so when I seen EMT as soon as I hopped out the car I was thinking ' wow that was was fast'

I wear my seatbelt everytime now.
