I played it off and jogged the rest of the way

Edit: I remember back in '17 playing in my company softball league. I hit a double to the gap and sprinted to second pulled up lame. Had a fukked up quad for 2 months.

Work on your mobility brehs. You don't use it you lose it. Me trying to get into a second gear fukked my shyt up

I ran full speed this morning while training.

The last time I ran full speed outside of training or sports was prob two years ago. Coming back from lunch it started pouring. We all took flight. I hurdled a bush and all. Of course that was a joke for a few days.
