proverbs aside he's probably just talking about the majority of the outrageous shyt that happens in the old testament. All religions that came both before and after Christianity share wisdom similar to that found in proverbs b, It's really not that unique. Just cause u agree with common sense doesn't make the book divine nor does it automatically disregard all the other bullshyt thats in the book
