Area I stay at? 120-123rd lex.

Yes the NYPD is on ever corner here. Yes nikkas out on every corner too. On 125 they are on every corner, inside every store too to make sure the tourists that do go up are safe. No we avoid here.

But facts/ where are the white ppl they not in this hood. The NYPD is I. The hood for sure and they make damn sure you confined to 120-123.

96 used to be the cutoff, but I've seen more white people move north of 110th street.
You gotta understand that from a rent perspective, 90th...96th...that's expensive as hell nowadays.

Some places around 96th can rent for 2700+, and several for over 3k.
You can go up by 116th and get a better place for 2200...sometimes less.
