This picture is dead on. Women want to have the esteem and prestige that men have without having to run through the same gauntlet. They want the protection that is given to ladies while not having to act like one. If women continue to act like the woman in the right panel, I'm better off just hiring a maid and making my own damn food. No financial risk there!

There's a reason it's worded that way. I think that the other men itt have figure it out, though. It's amazing how much women can benefit when they look at a man as a partner in a relationship to be supported and strengthened through things that she can do for him rather than an ATM machine or status symbol.
