where do we rank Pac when it comes to flow and delivery?

I feel like Pac doesn't get enough credit for his flow. His flow on the first verse of "Two of Amerikkkas Most Wanted" was gawdly.

Plus Pac's flow was imitated time and time again later on in hip-hop.

Delivery-wise I feel he was one of the greats.

Delivery gotta be top 3 of all time. Thats the reason why his music was so powerful.

The only nikka I know that imitated Pac's flow was Lil Zane....and we all know what happened to him

But nah, Pac's flow was always basic. He had a powerful voice and delivery though. but flowise he isn't close to Jay or Big, not even Nas.
