I don't know why people purposely would watch a spin-fest for news.
What is there to learn if you know coming it they're just spinning everything? It's like watching a debate competition to learn the issues. It's a game, it's not information.
And this goes for both the left and the right.
There are conservative news outlets (Wall Street Journal, The Economist, National Review, Reason) who will demonstrate a strong conservative bias while at least trying to deal with actual facts.
If you want a conservative think tank go with Cato. Hertiage and Heartland are the Fox News of think tanks - literally just spinning everything. Cato has a strong conservative ideology but at least they try to play the facts straight.
