Exactly, I think 80's and 90's blend enough to compare but it's a stretch to compare 80's and 2000's...who's the best rapper of the 2000's??...there is pretty much a go to list for the best rappers of the first 2 decades...that would mean by default every rapper after the 90's is at the bottom...

I'm not sure, I think of my top 20 and I have maybe around 3 or 4 who released their first project 2000 or after in there. I can't make excuses for new cats, if it ain't up to par it just isn't, they won't make it, if it is they make it...
