Since they let a center be the consensus Goat at the 4. How yall rank this dude on offense?

Dirk
Barkley
Malone
Kevin McHale
Elvin Hayes
Dan Issel
Tim Duncan
Kevin Garnet

Tools or utilization? As great and unstoppable as he is, my one gripe against Duncan is that he's been coasting for a good half of his career, not even averaging 20ppg. That has to count against him when seeing someone like Barkley, Dirk, even KG...not to mention Mailman, who I think only had 2 seasons under 20, in 21 years.

Both, I think his utilization is directly tied to his dominance on offense or lack there of.

He stopped averaging over 20 PPG because the team dynamics changed

Parker and Ginobili started taking YUGE roles.

I'd put him as maybe No. 5 on that list for offense alone....behind K. Malone, Barkley (he's a SF tho) and Dirk (sorry but as a big man his J is too nice) and KG (an all around threat)....but with everything combined.... he's arguably the best PF ever

That's no excuse. Ginobili never averaged 20 and Parker only did twice. He should've still been a 20ppg scorer in his 10th year, when he was at 18...or whatever year that was when Parker lead the team at 19.

You gotta take into account pace minutes played and shots taken too. But lets not sit here and act like prime Timmy couldn't have averaged close to 30 a game if he wanted to.
