Where do you see Mainstream music in the 2020s?

We're very close to the ending of the 2010s. It was a decade dominated by hip hop generally. Trap was a big thing and feels like it's slowly fading away. R&B had a "spark" in the late part of the decade. EDM and pop was huge also. Indie rock was very present in the early parts of the decade but later "rock" pretty much disappeared. I'm very curious about your predictions. What's next for hip hop? Will R&B come back even stronger?Will rock make a comeback? Or any other new genre will rise?

I think about this a lot and I honestly don't know.
I thought trap would have died out by now but that production style is still dominant
I can see Afrobeats getting bigger but I mostly hear the same 2 songs being played still

I see more lo-fi, sing song, genre bending style music ala Tyler the Creator, and more reggaeton inspired music coming as well.
