What exactly is black culture?

I don't mean to troll or be facetious, but it seems like everything that has been traditionally "black" in the last 100 years (and going back further) has been adopted by, and overtaken by white culture.
Jazz
Hip Hop
Rock and Roll
Harlem
Brooklyn
Religion (Jesus was white and long hair?)
African history (note the white-washing of that Exodus movie)....I mean even going back centuries everyone cites the "Greek alphabet" as if it wasn't more or less a mildly updated Phoenician alphabet.
You have the African/Islamic advances in mathematics and science which have been glossed over and ignored.
And a lot of black art has been re-packaged by white Europeans and resold as their own....I'm pretty sure Picasso built a legacy around it.

I could be wrong though

Good question. Black culture, like any other, changes. It's not so much a stand alone thing as much as it's a sort of counter culture to mainstream (:skip:). At least that is how I'd try to define it as it exists today.
