I would say he's easily top 15.
Top 10: RZA, Dre, Premier, Pete Rock, DJ Quik, J Dilla, Q-Tip, Neptunes, Madlib, Prince Paul.

Yeah, his beats remind you of how organic Hip Hop was in the 90's. The craziest thing is how consistent he is w/ the shyt. Bruh's beats don't be stale at all.
