I bullshyt you not, Jason Kidd at Cal was the best, THE BEST PG I have ever seen play basketball.

Let me make it clear, I had seen both Magic and Stockton and he was better than both of them. Maybe it was the competition and he was just that much better than the players he was playing against in college, but he saw things on the court so far ahead of time it was ridiculous.

What killed me about Nash when hr played for the Mavericks. Is yes he would score, but he would allow his opponent to come right back to score on him. Which just wipeout the points he just made.:mindblown:

You just scoring all those points for no reason. When you're not playing defense.

I feel as though he is underrated by a lot of people. He is number 3 on my list. People say CP0 made David West (lie), Tyson Chandler (lie) Blake Griffin (lie). GP never made anyone better. Stockton didnt make Malone. J Kidd made Kenyon, Richard Jefferson and ressurected Vince career. :salute:

But he damn sure made millions for fringe players like Shandon Anderson. Stock didn't just hit the open man, he was notorious for mastering the exact sweet spots for every teammate. I remember reading interviews with free agents who joined the Jazz and said they didn't realize until playing with him how perfect Stockton's passes were.

I guess general Coli consensus is that Kidd's defense helps make him a clear cut top 3 PG ever, but I'd take Stock 10/10 times over Ason. It was a nice story that he turned around a moribund Nets franchise, but being the sacrificial lamb from a weak ass Eastern Conference back then isn't the greatest achievement.
