Where does Kingdome Come intro rank in hov catalogue?

Finished Kingdome Come today and I actually enjoy it a lot more than I used to.
I actually think it may be Jay's best album lyrically (that does not mean flow, song quality, better listening experience, or better album, it's still not in my top five).
