Personally I think he deserves a spot in top 30.
He's not had a bad catalog, he's had hits and all that shyt and has remained relevant for at least a decade if I'm right.
He's not a GOAT lyricist but he's had a few hot rhymes

He's one of those artist who can definitely rap and has versatility but doesn't really have a great album or catalog....
