Top 10. Only cuz it was kinds revolutionary in the sense that you could blend sandbox, RPG elements in a living breathing world

you were literally playing a movie. on top of that, the movie was about a real place, and real life events. San Andreas depicted Cali(L.A. especially) in the 90's to a T. again, I would know, I was here in the 90's living it. from the music, to the sounds, to the graphics,everything. i've never seen another game that ICE COLD. except for of course vice city. but as great as vice was. it was not nearly as large as SA. and it didnt need to be. it was only about one city..miami.
SA: having the ability to drive from so cal, to no cal, and to vegas is unparalleled. and to see that each places looks like its real life counterpart including the in betweeen areas. thats just crayyyy.

Top 10 Easily because to me, GTA 3 changed the game completely. But yes, San Andreas was a great stepping stone to GTA 3.
