Soulja Boy straight up changed the game. He turned rap into kiddie sport that was dependent on Youtube and memes, and we're still there. Why do you think people are dikkriding J Cole, Kendrick and Drake so hard? They're kid rappers who make kiddie music. Cole/Drake/Kendrick just appear more 'respectable' doing it because of the industry dikkriding. But Soulja Boy was the one that blazed the way.
