I don't know why, but it must be because of the left handed QB thing, but that '05 USC team reminded me of those 94/95 Niners.
Remember that game like it was yesterday brutal hit. I don't remember the particulars, but I would have swore I read that he actually could have came back, but he was urged not to.
Dude is my GOAT. This franchise was incredibly blessed to have two phenomenal qbs back to back. Its a shame some 49ers fans dogged him the way they did in the early 90s it wasn't solely his fault that we lost to the Boys. The Cowboys were just better overall.
