On the list of best classic Black sitcoms? Personally I believe it is on the top 5, definitely better than Martin.

Cosby, Martin, Sanford & Son, Good Times, Jeffersons, Different World, Living Single, Fresh Prince, Everybody Hates Chris and Bernie Mac Show, MY Wife and Kids, What's Happening all were better than Wayans Bros.
The show was all Marlon and John Witherspoon. It had it's moments but TOP 5
There wasn't even a cultural impact from the show
Ranks in the top 5 for me along with Martin, Good Times, The Bernie Mac Show and My Wife and Kids.. I always appreciated how they used Electric Relaxation for their intro music in the first couple seasons too. One of the few shows that legitimately made me laugh out loud rather than just smile when I watched it.
Hilarious. Season 1-2 were garbage. Seasons 3-4-5 stand with any sitcom ever. Classic roasting. John Witherspoon was genius.
Every now and then I still hear people making jokes referencing Goop Hair It Is..

Most of those shows you listed definitely had more impact culturally, but humor wise the Wayans Bros was one of the funniest shows ever.

Those shows had a greater cultural impact, but I find Wayan bros funnier than all of them.
