Probably his best, but then again I honestly can't think of much competition; I'd find it difficult to name you five truly memorable Orton matches 
Off the top of my head I got this, the Taker match at Mania and that Iron Man match with Cena

The first better match that comes to mind is Cena-Orton Iron Man, the second is Cena-Taker at No Mercy 2005, this may be the third.
To be considered a good randy match you need a few things.
- Heel
- Cocky/Arrogance
- A Victim who will allow you to beat helpless. Randy is one of the best drawing heat beating up people unfairly. Daniel Bryan will put viper up in the VIP Section again.
Maybe top 3. His no dq iron man match vs cena, and vs undertaker at mania are the other 2.

Randy fell off after 03-07, so I really couldn't tell you.
Cripple H got some kind of issue with Foley..they'll probably never bring that shyt up again. LOL. They barely act like you would even know what happened back in 2007.

Hes solid in the ring, but minus the diamond cutter & the mid rope DDT hes boring to watch.
But he has those...so...yeah. and the tight powerslam is a great move
