Does it even exist?

When you are a rich Black man where do you go to eat high end "Black" cuisine? where do you go to view high end "black" cultural events?

It is seems like Black people have a culture of poverty, and when they make some wealth, they to step into "white people things" in order to be considered "high class"...

White fashion, White restaurants, White materialism, White neighborhoods and etc

Why haven't Black people developed their own "High Class" society that is unmistakably "Blackcentric"?

cause we gave it all up wit social integration

Claud Anderson and John Henrik Clarke went in on this subject

its up to us to rebuild black culture back to what it was before the baby boomers..

Black orchestras exist, there are Black upper-class venues, but what exactly is the aim?
Eurocentric viewpoints are the reason we see things like "Balls" and "operas" as "high class."
Black-centered high fashion cannot happen organically, and there are Black Michelin restaurants.
The issue is recursive :yeshrug:
This is the same forum that cries about the Black upper-class being too "bougie" :mjlol:

Being bougie isn't about being high class.

From what I seen most black folks who get some money run off to the white side of town instead of building up our own black communities. Nobody would call upper class blacks bougie if they didn't act brand new the moment they touch some bread.

You can't wear your afro-centricity like a flag after a certain amount of money is acquired and you are working for a non black person. Until we get codes in order, much more businesses owned and a real black support system in place it will have to stay that way.

What us "building up our own Black communities" mean exactly?
Purchasing depreciating and dilapidated property in an area people are fleeing?
Making yourself a mark by continuing to live in the same area?
There are Black upper-middle class and upper-class neighborhoods.
