where to look for 4k content?

Netflix, Amazon, Youtube, Sony 4K media player, UHD Blu ray player (not sure if this is out yet). Those are the only places I know to get native 4K

I was at my sister's house yesterday and they just got a 4K tv. but I was asking to let me see the content, and all they could find was some youtube stuff. I even had them put on the netflix like house of cards, and that shyt would NOT go up to 4K resolution for some reason. it stayed at 1080p.

I checked my plan and we have it. they must have only the regular HD package.
