He's in my TOP 10. Mase ranking higher than him not through catalogue but just pure ability.
Cam skillset is top rank, he also was very influential and made enough great records to earn serious consideration.

I agree with Jim about being in a TOP 10 you have to have an abundance of influence. ie. 'You gotta be the man at some point'
