from what i heard places like Norfolk-Virginia Beach, Pittsburgh, Kansas City, Nashville, Vancouver British Columbia, Las Vegas,Cincinnati and Seattle had good markets and would be great for team expansion, also NBA consider Baltimore, but according to city officials Baltimore does not have that much money to support a basketball team. but what you brehs think ?

St. Louis needs some black sports to love. Not that brothas can't love the Cards or Blues, but something more culturally exclusive would be nice.

Seattle is an obvious choice, but out of cities that haven't already had a team recently, I'd say Pittsburgh. Put them nikkas in some black and yellow jerseys and they'll be a hit.

when you expand you have to do 2 to even out the conferences, so I'll say:
East: Kansas City. With all this talk of teams threatening to move because they want a new arena, KC is ripe because they have a new arena that nobody is using.
West: Seattle. For obvious reasons.

I say St. Louis . There's a huge basketball fanbase there but no basketball team.
Unfortunately all the major sports league will have 32 teams sooner rather than later
