Now that the big 3's conference is over, who do you think had the best E3??
Microsoft:To me it was a very safe conference, one that pretty much appeased those with XB1's already and those who probably was on the fence but had already decided to get on. To someone who's not interested, it didn't compel me at all.
It's cool BC albeit limited is coming, and some first party titles are coming soon, none of that was immediate enough to justify a purchase. Imo they showed off a bland demo of Gears 4 that deflated my hype and now that Gears Ultimate Edition is heading to PC, I definitely won't be on XB1 soon. Halo 5 didn't seem to interest me this year so ehh. The one game they revealed was a trailer(Recore)that I'd be interested in.. $150 controllers is not hot in the streets for me. Rare making some 1st person open world pirate game was
imo. I wanted fukking Conker or Banjo. Again, this conference was more to ward off people selling their Xboxes. All in all I'd give this conference a B-.
Sony: Nothing else needs to be said here. They went in for the clutch with three megaton bombs. TLG is a a must play for me and I was glad it was not vaporware. FFVII Remake being first on PS4 is obvious day on.
Shenmue 3 again day one. It's hard to really argue against these three. Not to mention Uncharted 4 looked retardedly good, Horizon was a shockre and add to that upcoming games like Persona 5, Until Dawn, Ratchet and Clank, UC Collection etc. It's easy enough for me to stay with the winning team as I'm a free agent right now(Sold my PS4 a while ago to go to Japan and didn't feel like rebuying until later). Definitely buying one before UC Collection. A
Nintendo: Meh, I don't know what they did I didn't even watch their E3. I heard it was trash. F-
Bethesda: Fallout 4 looked amazing. Day one material. No fluff, straight gamplay. Doom was meh. Dishonored 2 look great. A-
EA: Didn't watch
Square Enix:Didn't see but i saw KH3. Amazing.
Ubisoft: Meh
PC:
Honestly i don't care about video cards on a conference.
