absolutely not. These are the most dangerous gangsta's in the world and Cartel would never fukk with them. 
These are the guys who run the biggest banks in the world (Goldman Sachs, B of A, Chase, etc...). Without their help the Mexican cartel wouldn't exist, or the Italian Russian mobs because they control all the money or launder it so that it can be used.
