I feel like Justice Winslow is in the perfect position to become a star in this league. He has a good organization with wining culture, a good coach and tons of veteran leadership. He has Wade and Deng to teach him how to be a star. He also has no pressure on him because it will be on the team leaders.

On the other end I feel like D'angelo Russell is bad place for him to grow. He has 2 other ball dominate guards, one of which has tons of pull in the organization. He has a meh coach and the Lakers have forgot what it is to be winners. Also he has tons of pressure being the number 2 pick in LA. Every time he does bad people are gonna bring up Oak. Plus there is the pressure of being a athlete in Los Angeles to deal with period. tons of people expect him to replace Kobe and I think that will break him.

So brehs what rookie do you think is in the best or worse places to grow into stars ?

Winslow - good situation, position is there for him, has wade mentoring, has pat riley, on a playoff team
Muiday - good situation, has the green light and keys to organization

Okafor - bad situation, sure it might be good right now, but what is going to happen when Embiid returns, and who knows what sixers are trying to do these days
D'Angelo - bad situation, has no idea if he is playing pg or sg, dumb coach, too many people who need the ball, plays in LA so he is basically a goat or bust within 5 games.

Porzingis - undecided, everything is fine right now but things in NY can turn quick
