For the Cowboys, Ryan Switzer is getting rave reviews. Jourdan Lewis and Chidobe Awuzie have been solid although Awuzie will probably transition to safety. Both are much more competitive than Carr/Claiborne. Taco Charlton has been quiet but he goes against Tyron Smith everyday. IDK about that Charlton pick tbh.

Also, Jaylon Smith is looking like a monster.

What's the word with your squad's rookies?

I'm not supporting or following the NFL after the whole Kaepernick being blackballed thing.

That's fine by them tho, cuz Vinny from Long Island and Mike from Massapequa will surely be watching

Cam Sutton has been the most impressive rookie in the Steelers camp. After him, I've also heard good things about JuJu Smith-Schuster and TJ Watt. I think those 3 are the most likely rookies on the Steelers to make an instant impact.

I read that Dobbs isn't even considered a threat to unseat Landry Jones as the backup from what he's shown so far

There were similar reports coming out of the Cowboys camp about Dak Prescott last year at this time. And then we all saw what he did once he got actual game action.

Typically the rookie 3rd stringer doesn't get many snaps in minicamp. Also Dobbs is more of a gamer than a practice superstar. His true skills don't show up until there's live action hitting and he's able to showcase his elusiveness and playmaking ability.
