the statement "you don't act black" or being called the n word


this shyt is running rampant at my job. people coming up to me saying"oh you dont act black,you dont act like THEM"

so i asked wtf does that mean

oh you don't sag your pants, you don't use slang every other word or curse a lot, you care about your hygiene and appearance etc
i was asking other brothers at my job and they said the same thing that random people are saying this and reporting it to the office does nothing, so i'm asking the board which one offends you more

What y'all should do, though. Is document the occurrences of this, report it to HR via email (paper trail), and start getting people fired.

bruh its the good ol boy system its been reported for more than awhile now even paper trail and to the owner himself
all we've got is "oh we'll look into it" or "we're not going to stand for this"

but soon as i say something back now "i have a temper, attitude problem, difficult to work with"
