Now that Embid is injured, we can just about say that he'll likely will not become the next great big, which haven't seen such a player since Duncan in 97.

While we haven't had an elite wing(who can play or will likely play both sides of the ball greatly) to come out since 2003 with Bron and to a lesser degree Wade.

Wiggins is cool, but I'm not sure he'll be a Bron/Kobe type wing who can do a bit of it all for your team(scoring; passing, defending).

Obviously an elite wing, elite bigs are incredibly rare :sadcam:


It's the reason why I'm still willing to take Embiid :damn:
