Dr dre - next episode
Nelly ride wit me
50 cent - if I can't
Ludacris - roll out (this timbo beat is in some weird time signature, and this debate on YouTube over it and no one can seem to replay it properly)

The perfect vocal takes and flawless mixing and mastering,is what's missing from rap and that's why there's no real hit records anymore.

None of these songs are perfectly mixed. They all have issues, and ‘If I Can’t’ is a good example, the mix is clogged up around 237 Hz...

Roll Out is even worse: low‑end muddiness, Luda vocal presence is meh, there’s a slight nasal resonance around 900–1.2 kHz that can feel harsh on certain lines, snare lacks transient sharpness,...

Just say these are songs you sonically enjoy...

The only flawless rap songs (sonically) were all released post 2010, objectively.

Nah Dre 2001 still sounds better than new shyt made with better technology. There's actual mid range, instead of 808s and high passed vocals.

It does NOT. You like it better, thats very different. Quality wise, it's a mid (but classic) project. Don't get me wrong, I love it too, but if any of my favorite rappers dropped it today, I'd give it a 5/10.

I personally worked with some of the artists on the alnum, love them dudes, but the album is mid :manny:
