Depends really

You have to assume at the beginning of the warfare they're going to cut the power. I think the South has the upper hand cause you give us some pigs and some cows and we just gonna have a cookout so we'll be good in the woods.

Next would be the midwest solely due the sheer number of savages in the area. Plus, Michigan doesn't even have clean water and they're getting by, so you know they're bout that action.

Then the West. You could argue that they started the "gangster" shyt, but in reality they still only make up a rather small percentage of the West Coast, so they'd be getting fukked up.
