I have one that is below the lowest one you posted, the AC1600 I like it very much, get the one you want in your budget. There is no magic right one, a lot of it is going to be what you are comfortable with or prefer at a certain point.

those routers are garbage. get yourself a dedicated router, access points and switch. i recommend ubiquity

Got the Asus AC1900 which works great and copped some av1200 powerline adapters with sockets on them (for the OG ps4). Havent tried the powerline adapters yet tho.
