Which Southern State is the Least Racist?

I have lived in most of those states and in the rural parts too, they are all roughly equally racist. Sure, Mississippi and AL are hell holes but in the rural parts, there really is no mistaking the air of racism in most of those states. I have never lived in a city though, I should note that, so my opinion wi

This is a very tough question because of scale.
It's difficult because you asked which state and not which city.
which City would have been way way better and easier to answer.
Like alot of racism in Texas but Austin is cool.
Alot of racism in Arkansas but not in a city, I forgot it's name, starts with a C and has mostly university/college students there, might be Conway.
Same with Florida, you go some places in Florida and there's no white people and nobody speaks english only spanish, mostly cubans.

There is racist in small towns and big cities.
