Which "term" should black people use to call each other?

I mean lets face it, we in 2014 and 'nikka' is played out, too many white people using it, the word went mainstream.
So i was just searching for some suggestions like - spook, spade, jigaboo, crow, gable, quashie, sambo, etc.
Of course it wouldn't be racist though, since we would use it as a term of endearment, all we would have to do is adapt the word. Ex. Jigaboo could be replaced by Jigabu
