Politics is the most important. People don't understand how the process works anymore because they don't teach civics. All it takes is a good bumper sticker to get Americans to vote against their own interests.

There's more important history in America than what happened when the Europeans came over to colonize.
Before that

People don't really want to know the real history of America though. They want to live in their current fantasy.

The Indians even tell these stories, but the education department in America has decided they want to blow it off.

It makes sense to re write history though. Why wouldn’t the dominant group want to cast themselves in the best light
