Hyundai and Kia are some other brands that are reliable. Both don't really have that reliable label yet because people haven't forgotten how shytty the cars used to be, but the upkeep is cheap, and they have the best warranties in the game, so you're not even really gonna be paying out of pocket if you purchase it new. I'd also throw in Volkswagen. They're reliable, but they are German, so they're more expensive to maintain.

For luxury brands, Lexus is definitively the most reliable brand.

Edit: If you meant types, then I'd go with Sedans.

As of 2021 It goes

Toyota
Honda
Hyundai/Kia
Mazda
Subaru
Ford
Nissan
Volkswagen
GM
Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram

I’m not including luxury manufacturers because that’s a different conversation in terms of reliability, plus they parts share like crazy (admittedly, manufacturers are moving away from that and building new platforms that are separate from their plebeian cousins)

Toyotas are great! You can easily put 500K miles on it. Thing is..I had Toyota 4 Runner and it didn't give me no issues engine wise. Only downside was that I had suspension issues and was wearing out tires as well.

BTW..

I can't stand Toyota drivers! They drive slow as shyt!! Especially Prius owners!!

I drive a Kia Telluride and love it! No issues so far..
