I would say Martin and Gina, even though I love the Huxtable dynamic more.
The reason I say this is because you saw Gina and Martin build themselves as people, and the ups and downs of their careers. Jamie and Fancy had
some of the same ups and downs, but it was a bit more explicit in how Gina and Martin were coming up. You could just imagine by the end of the show, they were
a year or two away from being multimillionaires, and they did the shyt together. Viv and Phil we saw them after they already did everything, same with Claire and Cliff.
Martin and Gina, despite the nuttiness, kinda showed from the beginning of their relationship to where they left off, that the things that got in the way ultimately made
them better for each other.

Martin and Gina....Their relationship seemed more normal....They laughed, cried together, joked around, stuck up for each other, and etc. Brandy's relationship seemed too immature. I mostly saw the huxtables as loving parents and didn't really see a lot of the relationships. Jaime and Fancy played too damn much...make up your damn mind!
Phil/Viv and Cliff/Claire are the ideals you strive for after going through the Martin/Gina, Jamie/Fancy and Moe/Q phases.
I'm too jealous to be Jamie he had to watch Fancy try to date other men. And I gotta brush up on my Moesha so I gotta say Martin/Gina.

One that starts like Martin/Gina and ends up like Uncle Phil/CLASSIC Aunt Viv (this is key. IT IS MANDATORY that it must be the OG Aunt Viv) or maybe Claire/Cliff. I agree with @agnosticlady that a lot of the Huxtable dynamic focused on them as parents moreso than them as romantic partners/husband and wife.
I don't know much of anything about Moesha/Q and Jamie had to go through too much shyt to get Fancy (

One thing that irked me back then was how Fancy left Jamie when he wanted to go back into his music..Hindsight now says u can't expect everyone, (even your lady) to hold u down while u take that leap of faith especially if u strike out or it takes some time
