I feel sorry for poeple that work at those customer service desks. dealing with Karens and Kens all day must be:why::francis: When I used to work at Best Buy, we went through soooo many customer service workers at the front desk because after a while they just get burnt out and quit after dealing with so many angry, frustrated customers and scammers all day. it's a vicious cycle.

in your opinion, what type of service job generally has to deal with the craziest customers? :jbhmm:

It's more location than type.

If you work service in a "new money" ritzy area, that's the hardest.

Poor people got class. Really rich people can be classy. The new money Karen type with the McMansion and Porsche Cayenne is going to be entitled as fukk. The legit rich person will try to be under the radar while the poor/working class person is just trying to get their shyt done.

Sporting goods stores...I worked at Dunhams during high school, and man some of the people that would come in and..

A. want to haggle a fixed price
B. people who would get caught switching tags, get caught at the register when the SKU didn't match, and go the fukk off
C. People who came in to buy shyt like knives and bats, and when you would ask technical questions..Ie...what they're using it for, they would say shyt like "I dunno about all that...I just "need it"... Aka they wanted it to beat/stab someone

D. Thieves
E. People who would want customized things, only to never buy them. "Oh it's not what I wanted"...You literally picked it out...I just packaged it for you
F. People who wanted firearms, but didn't want to go through the background check, and would try to either finesse you, or try to pay a little extra to get it without the check.

G. THE GOD DAMN PARENTS THAT WOULDNT' CONTROL THEIR KIDS AND LET THEM THROW, KICK, BOUNCE anything they could get their hands on.

I don't know, but I actually worked in the shoe department for my first job. It was the suburbs. shyt really was on some

Funny thing is, I don't think there ever was a non-busy day and the weekends were straight up horrible.

People really would run up in there 10 minutes before closing then thrash the place trying to find some shoes, mismatched pairs, etc.

Regarding all that, it still don't look as bad as fast food does.

Cable.....so many stories to tell that stand out

One time some dumb ass breh called and apparently needed help with activating his closed-captioning on his DVD player.

I told him that we are unable to assist, and that he would have to contact his DVR brand manufacturer. I even asked him for the brand name so i could look up the number online.

This fool flipped out on me: "Naw, i ain't tryin to hear that. I'm not calling them. You CAN help me with this." :damn::heh:

How in the fukk are we supposed figure that out? :dahell:

Eventually, i played it off and was like: "No problem, i can connect you with one of our reps who can help you with us"

I transferred him to Sony customer service :mjlol:

I used to get those broads on the phone where if gave them some information that was not favorable to them, they'd put their guy on the phone on some attack dog shyt.

"Hold on, I'm gonna put my fiance on the phone"

Ok, because I'm gonna tell that fool the same thing I told you :manny:

Restaurant workers.

If you work in the kitchen, you’re on your feet all day working in a hot environment with pressure to get things out quickly. On top of dealing with weird requests and allergy nonsense.

If you’re a waiter, you (often unfairly) take the blame for a busy kitchen and draw the ire of unsatisfied or rude customers.

Everyone should work in a restaurant once in their lives, just to humble themselves because they deal with all you pieces of shyt who think you need a Michelin Star dining experience to tip a measly 15%.
