Off stage i freewrite for about 45 minutes. On stage i always record and revise later. I also do a lot of extemporaneous stuff as a host. I also test bits on a few forums. I'd say I write and revise a fair 70 minutes EVERY day, at least. I take Tuesdays off tho. Been on that for about 3 years. I love writing and reading.
