You get access to the nicest clothing and vehicles that money can buy all the time. But your bank account is perpetually at 20k and you can only with draw 20 dollars. You can only withdraw another 20 after you have spent the 20 you have. You can't sell the clothing or the car.

Or your bank account is perpetually at 1mill but you have to look like a bum(like homeless bum) and ride public transit. No you can't use your money to buy nice clothes and a car. But food and everything else is fair game.

1) Greenwich manse
2) Groton/Princeton education for my kids.
3) Yacht
4) Club memberships
5) Non-profit donations
