Albert can wrestle the right way..not sure why he's wrestling like he is with the pauses and the going far with the gimmick and the mist $hit. It's just not flowing well.

Dont be fooled just because nikkas run to Japan doesn't mean they were good. He was just paired with far superior workers who can carry stiffs unlike guys in the E. He needs to drop some pounds tho. He looks fatter then his first run.

Like I said when people were shytting on Tensai as soon as he debuted, it took a long time before Umaga caught on. The roles are very similar and they both went over the company's top stars to zero heat.

They stuck with the Umaga push, his matches got better, he got over and he became a top heel. I've never seen Albert wrestle in Japan other than that episode of Global Impact he was on but if they keep pushing Tensai as a monster, he'll start to get over too. They just need to put him in a position to produce better matches and change up his look because he looks like a goof right now. He needs a strong showing at a PPV.

I was on Ill Community back then, and all I'd see was "ahhhhh, this Umaga sh*t is wack, this played out Samoan gimmick, he's garbage, can't believe they're tryin' to get him over"... by later that year, damn near everybody fukked with Umaga. And after that match at the Rumble w/ Cena, niqqas were over that sh*t where he ran across the tables. By '07, people were hurt over HHH beatin' him down... by '08 when he got injured, muhfukkas were lookin' forward to him comin' back.

Albert's an alright worker, his gimmick is tired but no more so than most of their heels. WWE books like it's 85 with Ziggler, Del Rio, and Tensai's characters.

Tatsu was trying to start a feud with him because he thinks his gimmick and name are offensive (since Tensai means "disaster"). The problem is that they're not really building it like that outside of twitter.

He was great in Japan. They have him working a methodical gimmick right now. Watch his matches in Japan and you'll see that he can work. Hell, he and Karl Anderson worked the Wrestle Kindgom VI show in January at the Tokyo Dome and Bernard (Tensai/Albert) was moving fast as hell..

The IWC had been praising Albert's work in Japan for years and all of a sudden he is a sack of shyt again. Typical IWC. Like it isn't widely known that the WWE will dumb down a wrestler's skill set to basically zero to work their style.
