mostly residentials for sale only in them areas

Most people are simply trying to take care of their families. Most America's aren't doing too great and unless u were already doing great - these days your fam is probably doing worse.

Even the crappy buildings are worth a lot in areas with that much potential. I just looked at one the other day....... u must have established capital. aka unlimited capital like gilbert, the chinese, to really get something worth something..... the building w sky bar is even for sale.... that shyt must have been a flip in the first place cuz shyt's way overpriced, imo. 9 million, fho.

I was to buy out some 120k condo but a chinese buy upped me by $5k in cash. The US truly is for the rich. These rich chinese people are buying up property and renting it out to Americans. 2 reasons: the first because so many Americans just cant qualify for mortgages and Americans are very good about paying bills so for the most part rent money is guaranteed. It is ingenius actually.
