Tariq always looking for a pat on the back or credit.
Wouldn't you if you were right? Doesn't that increase your credibility?
To be fair, it makes sense to his brand to show that he was ahead of the curve in situations like this.It does, but at a certain point he needs to recognize that a very large percentage of people will NEVER view him in a positive light. And I'm not familiar with his beefs with VICE, but I imagine it had very little if nothing at all to do with sexism. He's got a nice following and found a niche and needs to stick with it. Constantly asking for a pat on the back isn't necessary and pointless. One would think that awkward exchange he had with Tucker Carlson would have told him something.

That's because he talks about Black empowerment. Trust Tariq would probably be mainstream hosting one of Steve Harvey's shows if he just played the game and stuck with the Mack Lessons shyt. You know how much industry clout he could've got just hanging around powerful rich ugly muthafukkas like Harvey Weinstein teaching them how to use their money, power to get bytches the right way?
