I looked into it, and there wasn’t any solid evidence against him besides his lyrics and social media activity, which is why he was able to get out in the first place. They initially charged him as an accessory, but later upgraded it to first-degree murder because they believed he played a more direct role in the crime.

The police had trouble tying him to the crime since there was no physical evidence, like DNA or fingerprints, linking him to the scene. Most of the suspicion came from his music, where he seemed to reference violent incidents, and from his online behavior, which prosecutors used to suggest he was either involved or at least knew something about the crime.

The fact that he fled the country, and was on the run for some time after getting out on bail definitely raises some red flags though, especially since the person he’s accused of killing was an innocent man.
