Ever noticed that some white people want you to share what you know and will try to get as much information as possible from you........but they themselves seldom reciprocate and will often hoard/hide knowledge?


They often use the following tactics to avoid sharing information:

• Being evasive, or just repeatedly ignoring requests for information
• Rationalized hiding, such as claiming a report is confidential when it really isn't
• Playing dumb, or pretending they don't have the information that is being requested

In my experiences the whites that i have worked with tend to share their knowledge and more than willing to. I can't say the same for indians tho. At least not the ones i work with
