White people and shorts in the winter

People always say white people wear shorts in the winter and i never really paid any attention to it. but this is true. Today was a cold, windy and rainy day it has been blowing raining from morning to 4 pm but yet I saw about 7 white people wearing shorts in this shytty weather. You got people wearing winter coats and hats and you got these cacs wearing shorts like its Miami
