I been to Italy. The thing over there is that they don't ovet season the food because they want the freshness of the actual ingredients to do the talking.

Eh yes and no. Because Italy the way its set up its easier to get things like fish, veggies etc. But when I took my wife for our Anniversary the food was amazing.
